1. Eligibility for a Refund
As our products are digital goods, refunds are considered only where both of the following apply:
- The product is inaccessible, corrupt, or materially not as described on its product page; and
- The content has not been substantially downloaded or accessed — specifically, the file has not been downloaded, or less than 25% of a course, video or audiobook has been consumed.
If a technical fault prevents access and we are unable to resolve it, you will be entitled to a refund under this section.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products that have been successfully delivered, downloaded or accessed beyond the threshold described above.
- Licence keys or activation codes that have been redeemed.
- Products where a change of mind is the only reason for the request.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@hiluxsystem.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the problem (with screenshots where possible). We will review your request and respond promptly.
4. Currency & Processing
Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (NGN or USD) to the original payment method. Refunds in Naira are processed in compliance with applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect.
